Routine and Special Staining
Wax-it has mastered the techniques to conduct routine and special staining for better visualization of cellular structures under a microscope. Apart from using commonly employed Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) stains to provide general information about tissue structure and pathology, our team has years of experience working with a wide range of special stains. These special stains are used to provide additional information, highlighting specific tissue components, structures, or microorganisms that are not readily distinguishable with routine stains.
Special Staining
Wax-it offers a variety of special staining techniques, designed to identify and differentiate specific structures, features, or elements in tissue samples that are not distinctly visible with H&E staining.
Our approach to special staining includes:
- Standardized Protocols: Ensuring consistent and repeatable results.
- High-Quality Reagents: Guaranteeing the clarity and durability of stains.
- Regular Equipment Maintenance: Keeping our operations smooth and reliable.
- Rigorous Quality Control: Every stained slide undergoes thorough inspection to ensure staining consistency and accuracy. This includes running both positive and negative controls, monitoring stain quality, and meticulously documenting procedures.
